How are the fountains shipped to ensure they don't break?
Our fountains are securely packed in custom-fitted foam and heavy-duty crates. Larger cast stone units are shipped via LTL freight on pallets to ensure they remain upright and protected throughout the delivery process.
Do I need to hire a plumber to install my new fountain?
Most of our garden fountains are designed as self-contained recirculating systems. This means you do not need dedicated plumbing; you simply fill the basin with water and plug the pump into a standard outdoor electrical outlet.
How do I maintain my fountain during the winter months?
In climates where temperatures drop below freezing, we recommend draining the fountain, removing the pump, and storing it indoors. You should cover the fountain with a waterproof breathable cover to prevent water from collecting and freezing in the basins.
What is your return policy for large outdoor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that because of their size and weight, fountains must be returned in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs and any applicable restocking fees.
How often should I add water to my fountain?
This depends on the local humidity and temperature. On average, we recommend checking the water level every 2-3 days. Never allow the pump to run dry, as this can cause permanent damage to the motor.
Are your fountains made of real stone or glass fiber reinforced concrete?
We offer a variety of materials including authentic cast stone, lightweight GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), and durable resin. Each product page specifies the exact material so you can choose the right weight and aesthetic for your garden.
