Returns & Exchanges

At Garden-Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water feature; if your fountain doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the fountain in its original protective foam and crate to prevent any structural damage or cracks during the return transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the box and ship the item back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the unit for any signs of use or damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
